Following a few days of industry stirring, an announcement of NYC's first C-PACE financing deal has been made in part. Duval and Stachenfeld partner, YuhTyng Patka spoke with TRD's Keith Larsen yesterday and provided a glimpse into the transaction.
The details haven’t been made public, but the City’s first C-PACE transaction was softly announced by the NYCEEC during a webinar yesterday per reporting by Keith Larsen in The Real Deal.
