Department of Buildings Commissioner, Melanie E. La Rocca announced eight new Climate Working Groups dedicated to the implementation of Local Law 97. Members will focus on issues that will affect the implementation of energy efficiency retrofits citywide. Groups include Building Technologies & Pathways (for commercial and residential), Carbon Accounting, Economic Impact, and Implementation.
