NYC Bar members who have been tracking the Climate Mobilization Act will have the opportunity to supplement their learning via a CLE offered this Wednesday that will cover NYC's emerging PACE program.
The CLE, available virtually, is moderated by Leslie Byrd, Special Counsel at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP with Raymond “Rusty” Pomeroy II, Special Counsel, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP providing a breakdown of the CMA and Joel Ullmann, SVP and Executive of Strategic Projects Team of Redaptive, providing information on the emerging C-PACE program.
Ullmann will discuss qualifying upgrades and mortgage lender consent, which can be facilitated by well-informed attorneys working with PACE capital providers on behalf of their clientele.
Michael Scorrano, PE, Managing Director and Founder of En-Power Group will explain how renewable energy credits and carbon offsets are projected work in NYC.
